You are going to be all scared up to the point where if you take off your shirt, people will see the scars. Do you really want Frankenstein scars all over your body? Why not just keep working out really hard and then accept your body for what it is.

  2. GothBBW Says:

Wow, over 30,000 dollars in cosmetic surgery. I know I’d never be able to afford that. I want to ask how on earth you could pay for that at your young age, but that would probably be rude.

  3. mazafuzle Says:

    you are frikin hot

  4. CanisLupus1987 Says:

@gonzalis18 it’s not just skin. If it was just skin it would have gone back to normal by not. You actually still have some fat. When it’s gone…skin goes back to normal. That was her problem was the same. That fat is actually more difficult to get rid of since it’s not close to the muscle and is attached to the skin. but with time you’ll get rid of it.

I know you probably did the surgery, but it was no need to cut them out. just do more weights on both of your arms and legs. It didn’t look bad at all. Trust, I have seen worst and it came from individuals who have lost over 400 pounds.

  9. TheIlovebbw Says:

    lovely

  10. 61okannie Says:

Uh…I think she is showing what types of foods she ate BEFORE her surgery. If she ate all that stuff after her surgery she would be physically ill any time she tried to. It was to show how she got that way….not that that is how she is eating now. That is my take on it anyway. And I say, good for her!

  11. gonzalis18 Says:

@Nakita4U2Learn actually i’ve been lifting weight for more than 9 months but my loose skin is not completely gone, it really sux cuz i already have 6 pack abs but my ugly extra skin is covering them :(

  12. Nakita4U2Learn Says:

Why you eat all that junk food??? Do you eat those foods as part of your diet??? These foods will make you gain serious pounds.

  13. Nakita4U2Learn Says:

@gonzalis18 Yes it will. Start doing weights for a couple of months and you will see a change in your skin. You skin will tighten up and will look toned up.

  14. Nakita4U2Learn Says:

@bleufuzion He or she is right. That’s the reason why you have loose skin. The only way not to have loose skin is if you also include strength exercise into your workout routine. If you just do cardio and no repetition exercises to tighten your muscles/skin, you will end up loosing weight but not end up toning your body and tightening your skin. High Repetition, Low Intensity Method gives you drastic weight lose result; you won’t need to get plastic surgery, you will already have a sexy bod.

  15. gonzalis18 Says:

if built a lot of muscles under my loose skin will it fade away???

  16. bleufuzion Says:

um, whoever gave her “professional” advice then wasn’t a true professional. i watched all of her vlogs, and they were a series of crash dieting and exercise. not exactly what i’d call a good regimen. i give her credit for chronicling her progress though.

  17. mandarama86 Says:

    she did

  18. freedietsupply Says:

Get the best diet supplement to help you lose your extra weight and fat . see more info at my profile

  19. bleufuzion Says:

probably should’ve done your weightloss under a trainer/nutritionist/doctor supervision to avoid the excess skin. i’ve seen several people lose weight (beginning at about your start size) without hanging skin, without surgery. but good job though! keep it up!

  20. SACREDFlREDOJOSHOW Says:

Awe, how sad I got like 4 thumbs down by this dumb bitches friends..

    :) Go fuck yourselves.

  21. natalie1605 Says:

@UraganOtEnergiya what, you can’t get rid of excess skin yourself?! my mom has this problem, she lost a lot of weight, slowly at that, and has LOTS of loose skin. So don’;t judge. kthanks

  22. natalie1605 Says:

    @SACREDFlREDOJOSHOW you’re fucked up

  23. blsturman Says:

Congratulations!! Don’t listen to the people being rude. As a person who has suffered through weight issues, I know the skin issue. I have lost weight slowly, about 60 pounds over 3 years, and I still have some loose skin, so go on with you bad self!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  24. markomanius Says:

@SACREDFlREDOJOSHOW So… if you are like 35 then you’ll be 40 if you loose all of the extra weight? I agree it is always better to do it slowly but… I don’t know, for most of the fat people they already have scars all over the body… I just hope to see her results! You go girl!

  25. rupyrupy Says:

ha ha why do you put my comment as a wrong one?? the truth is you get scars when you go through surgery and the main point is this girl pretends to RE make all herself, she’s SO VAIN or a victim.Try to make more exercise , eat right and don’t buy all that shit the media sells especially to women.Sorry by the mistakes my first language is spanish.
