Some people hit the gym regularly and still can’t lose the fat in some areas. There are World Class bodybuilders that have had to get lipo because they couldn’t get rid of fat in certain areas.
This is more complicated than most people realize.

The whole point of lipo is that it changes where you “carry your weight.” If she gains weight, it is now more likely to go elsewhere.
